Yes, outside food and drink can be brought into our facility! It must be kept at designated areas.

No. Gift cards cannot be transferred to cash. Must be used in facility. 

No, our policy is that infants not playing get in free with paid sibling. They must stay off of designated play areas.

No, there is no time limit! You can re-enter the facility if you have receipt for that day’s purchase of day pass.

No entry after 5:30 pm. Closing time is 6:00 pm.

Day passes are not discounted for siblings. However, check out our 10 pass bundle for great savings! Also, monthly memberships are discounted. $45 per month for first child, $35 for each additional sibling.

We require 3 months of monthly membership, then you can cancel anytime! Please call us to cancel!

We cater to children under the age of 12!

Yes, if accompanying adult wants toddler in big kid area, toddlers can enter. It is advised the adult remain with the toddler in big kid area.

No, we have a height requirement and age requirement for toddler area.

Yes, grip socks are required for children playing on playground. Grip socks are recommended for adults.

No, as long as your socks have grips on the bottom, you can wear them here!
