Party Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit is required to secure the party date and time. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the event.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Party packages, inclusions, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are not refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Arrival & Duration

  • Parties must start and end at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals do not extend party time.

4. Supervision & Responsibility

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

  • The booking party host is responsible for the behavior and safety of all guests.

  • Our staff are present to assist but are not responsible for supervising individual children.

5. Age & Play Area Rules

  • Guests must comply with posted age, height, and safety restrictions for all play equipment.

  • Socks are required in play areas.

  • No rough play, climbing on restricted areas, or misuse of equipment is allowed.

6. Health & Safety

  • Children who are unwell or have contagious illnesses should not attend.

  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest posing a safety risk.

  • Any injuries or incidents must be reported to staff immediately.

7. Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted unless approved in advance.

  • No alcohol, glass containers, or hot foods unless permitted by management.

  • Food allergies must be disclosed prior to the event.

8. Damage & Loss

  • The booking party is responsible for any damage caused by their guests.

  • The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

9. Decorations & Set-Up

  • Decorations are allowed only in designated areas.

  • Confetti, glitter, open flames, and wall adhesives are not permitted.

  • All decorations must be removed at the end of the party.

10. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken by the venue for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

11. Liability Waiver

  • All participants may be required to sign a waiver prior to using the play areas.

  • Use of the facility is at the guest’s own risk.

12. Right to Refuse Service

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a party without refund for failure to comply with these terms or venue rules.
